About
it's ai ApS is one company in a privately-held group of profitable IT and AI businesses. No venture capital. No speculative ownership. No exit timeline. We build software that we use ourselves — and ship it to people who want the same.
All companies are wholly owned within the same private group, all profitable, all run on the same infrastructure principles. By design — each company makes the others stronger.
Personal assistant, shopper & coders
The platform you're on. A personal assistant, a personal shopper, and a quiet team of coders — built for people who want the AI to do the legwork, not the deciding.
Climate solutions through frictionless transactions
AI-powered global payments that channel money to companies extracting CO₂ from the atmosphere and storing it back in the earth — where it came from. Not a charity, a marketplace.
Infrastructure hosting
Holds ISO 27001 and ISAE 3402 Type 2 certifications. Hosts the production stack for every company in the group — including itsAI.
Additional group companies operate in adjacent IT and AI domains. We don't list every entity here — the principle, not the count, is what matters.
AI & the climate
We're honest about the cost: training and running large models consumes electricity, and a share of that electricity still produces CO₂. The argument that AI is part of the climate problem is not wrong — it's incomplete.
The harder argument — and the one we believe is right — is that AI is the only realistic path to a global, friction-free, fast-enough payment infrastructure that can actually direct the world's financial resources toward the companies extracting CO₂ from the atmosphere and storing it back in the earth, where we pulled it out from over the last 50 years. Without AI matching, routing, and settling those transactions in milliseconds, that capital stays stuck.
co2paid.com is our group's contribution. It's the bet that the same technology people fear is the technology that ends the crisis.
The carbonate family doing the work: Calcite (CaCO₃) · Magnesite (MgCO₃) · Siderite (FeCO₃) · Ankerite (the long one...).
The IT systems behind every company in the group are designed by one engineer. Started programming at age 7 on an Amstrad CPC 464 (Colour Personal Computer… green is a colour). Program language was BASIC 1.0, code stored on a cassette tape (yes, the kind you also played music on). Forty-plus years and many computers and languages later, still the same craft — being good at one thing.
That's the engine. The cars get driven by the teams. Each company in the group has its own people — operations, support, sales, finance, customer success — and they run the businesses day to day. The engineer keeps the engine spinning; they make the cars actually drive. We're mutually dependent, by design — without the teams there's no company, just code; without the code there's no platform for the teams to run.
The work is private. The owner stays anonymous on purpose: the software has to defend itself on its own terms, not on the founder's biography. If the code is good and the teams deliver, the company succeeds. If they don't, no name attached to it would save it.
