Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Under the Danish Forbrugeraftaleloven, consumers (private individuals not acting in a commercial capacity) have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase, starting from the day the contract is entered.

For digital services that begin immediately at sign-up — including itsAI's subscription — the right is waived only if the consumer has explicitly consented to the immediate start AND acknowledged that the right is forfeited as a result. itsAI requires this acknowledgement at sign-up; if the acknowledgement is missing, the 14-day withdrawal stays available.

To withdraw, email support@itsai.dk with your account email and a clear statement of withdrawal. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the notice.

Business customers (B2B) waive this right by acknowledging the Sales and Delivery Terms.
